SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Normal order " Ready to ship " processing can take between 24hrs to 48hrs (Monday – Friday).
Pre-Order processing will take 6-10 business days for production ( 2 days to deliver )
Shipping Delivery
The following shipping method is available, usps/ups priority 2-3 day shipping for items available and not pre-orders or special orders.
International Shipping Delivery
The following shipping method is available, Priority/express international shipping.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.
Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from hiddenTreaZures.store, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
Shipping is not available to a PO Box.
All items are shipping with signature tracking and restricted signature tracking, If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (either the United States Postal Service or FedEx – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them. Hidden TreaZures does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

All product returns for refunds are valid after 48hrs of delivery.
Absolutely NO refunds for Slice payment or pay later orders, only exchanges or store credit are available.
All returns must be paid for by purchaser.
We are 100% independent business with customer satisfaction at the top of our priority list. 100% Customer satisfaction can be expensive but it's worth the reward of happy, loyal customers.
Full refunds are ruled on a case to case basis and will be subject to a 10-15% restocking fee which is a common practice in our tier of retailers
